I went freelance really by chance. I had decided to take a break from full time employment to complete a Marketing course, and had every intention of returning to a Sales role within 3 months. However, I gradually saw a demand for a freelancer in marketing, sales or customer service. Lots of companies didnt want to commit to a full time employee, but had projects to be undertaken...which is where I came in!

Over the last 2 years the main focus in my work relates to the fitness industry. I am a Personal Trainer in my own studio (see www.inspiredbycarly.co.uk), and I am also a Product Trainer / Tutor, with a valid PTLLS grade & Teachers Liability Insurance.

Although I specialise in WBV plate training, with my extensive sales background, I can turn my hand to any product. I also offer promotional services & freelance sales support. I hope to hear from you if I can be of assistance to your business.
